FAQs

  1. Use the ORDER page to select between 3 and 10 copies of your wedding magazine. CONTACT us if you want more.
  2. Select any specialty options that suit you.
  3. Enter your details so we can be in contact.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirming your order has been submitted. We will follow up with another email within a couple days to give you information about the non-refundable deposit and how to send your photos and wedding day details to us.
  5. Once you’ve provided all information, in a few of weeks you’ll receive your first draft magazine to check (as a pdf file). This is your opportunity to make any changes you like. 
  6. We’ll make any changes requested then provide another draft.
  7. After you’re totally happy and approve, we’ll get everything ready to print.
  8. Allow another couple of weeks for final production and your wedding magazines will arrive at your door!

As these are bespoke and made specifically to be just yours, they can take some time, but it’s worth the wait!

Any number between 3 and 10. If you would like more than 10, please flick us a message in the contact form. We do a minimum of three because we know you’ll want more rather than less as they’re perfect for displaying in your home for all your guests to see. As we like to call it, a modern day wedding album you won’t want to hide away.

Between 250 and 400 photos. We require the original high resolution photos from your photographer. This means that the photos must not be compressed in any way or altered from the originals. This will ensure your photos will print at their best quality possible. If you need to request the photos from your photographer again, ask them to provide them to you to be used for ‘print’ and they should know what to do.

We require the highest quality images to make your magazine stand out. High resolution jpegs will work well and most photographers will supply these to you. As a guide, each image file size should be at least 5MB.

If you don’t have the time to select 250-400 photos for us, we will do it for you. We understand that flicking through a thousand photos and narrowing it down to about 250 can be a painstakingly difficult job so we can take care of that. We will choose what we think are the best photos to showcase you and your special day.

Yes, but only in the proofing stage. We include three design revisions in the price so you’ll need to get all your changes to us then. Any changes required after the third proof will incur an additional charge.

No. We have researched, sourced and chosen the best stock and size for the magazines to give you a product you will absolutely love. The paper stock is sustainably sourced and the size ensures minimal waste which helps protect our beautiful earth.

In our effort to create a magazine that is as environmentally friendly as possible, we’ve opted not to include a laminated cover – a layer of plastic.

Yes, 100%. All you need to do is pay the non-refundable deposit when you send through your order and we will make a note of it on our end.

Of course! And it will cost you less than the first time as there’s no design time! Please send a message to [email protected] and we can organise it for you.

No, it is non-refundable. Once you place your order, you will have 14 days to make the payment and send us all your supporting documents.

Usually around eight weeks from when we receive all your supporting documents and depending on our availability. This includes the design stage, the proofing stage, the printing stage and delivery. We will normally get the first digital proof to you in 3-4 weeks however, this does not include the time it takes on your end. Life can get a bit busy, we will keep you totally up-to-date if there are any delays. Please allow a minimum of two weeks from final proof to delivery. As these are bespoke and made specifically to be just yours, they take time so it’s worth the wait!

Shipping within New Zealand is included in the cost. International shipping will be calculated after you make your order and will be invoiced to you.

The magazines are carefully wrapped and boxed before heading to your door. They will be delivered to the address you provide when making your order and will be allocated a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its whereabouts. We aim to be as environmentally conscious as possible so all the packaging materials are fully recyclable.

It will take 3-5 working days within New Zealand.

No, unfortunately not. These are bespoke magazines and we work closely with you to ensure you get what you want. We won’t print anything you’re unhappy with.
